Very ripe yet appealingly fresh aromas of cassis, violet, poached plum and discreet wood lead to succulent and slightly bigger and richer flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration while delivering excellent depth and persistence on the firm and balanced finish. This fine effort will need at least 5 years of keeping and a wine that should reward 10 to 12.
